This tool allows users to run Windows apps on Chrome OS via the web

A little after google announced ChromeOS Flex, a “lifeline” for older Windows and Mac devices, a new Virtual An application delivery platform (VAD) has been announced that enables Chromebook users to run Windows applications via the Web, according to a report from Windows Central.
Called Cameyo, it is a VAD platform and has been certified as Chromium Recommended solution for businesses. This means that the tool is optimized for Chrome OS and also meets performance standards.
The report confirms that the tool relies on virtualization to run legacy Windows apps and web apps on Chromebooks through web browsers. Apart from that, it also offers security benefits and comes with built-in HTTPS support, single sign-on, and the ability to separate apps from OS apps.
Virtual and cloud-based desktop computing has become a thing since Microsoft announced its Windows 365 service for businesses and enterprises.
Along the same lines, Google recently announced the Chrome OS Flex operating system for Windows and Mac devices, allowing users to run Chrome OS natively on them. The Chrome OS Flex is almost similar to the standard Chrome OS and also supports all the apps and features supported by Chrome OS.
