SARASOTA, Florida–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CubiOs, Inc. today announced its DevKit for the WOWCube® Entertainment System, and it is available now. Featuring a specific set of development tools to support the creation of software and CubeApps for the immersive reality gaming platform, the WOWCube® DevKit is free and ready for interested and aspiring users to subscribe and apply online and start creating on https://wowcube.com/devkitwhere the company decided to release its creative tool.
For developers interested in creating games and applications, the WOWCube® DevKit consists of an SDK and an emulator, which enable game development without the WOWCube® system itself. Additionally, the WOWCube® VSCode extension is available on the VSCode Marketplace and is designed to work as a bundle with the DevKit. Once the game or application is created and approved by the CubiOs team, it can be placed on the WOWCube® store and bring revenue to its developers.
The Pawn language is used to write game logic that reacts to events occurring in the actual WOWCube® console or emulator. WebAssembly will be supported in the next release, it is currently under development.
